Birthplace/Hometown: Josh says he really doesn't have a hometown. He was born in Henderson, Texas, but has lived in eight states (Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, and now Tennessee).

Education:

Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism, with a minor in art, from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Outside Interests/Hobbies:

In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing tennis, working out and traveling. His favorite movie is "Awakenings" with Robert De Niro and Robin Williams, and his favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Josh is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served a 2-year mission for his church in New Jersey.

I love seeing a smile on someone’s face when you make a difference in their life. We have the opportunity to tell viewers' stories, and help them over come challenges they face. It’s great to be part of the community in that way.
