Is Mexico going to to become another Somalia?  I think that is a valid question to ask in light of the role of drug gangs down there and what it means for America.

The most disturbing part of this issue are those who do drugs right here either in East Tennessee or America in general.  Kind of makes one wonder if the "war on Drugs" should not restarted with a new approach that declares these dope heads "enemies of the State."  Gangs are a domestic threat and the Constitution does give the feds and the States unique powers in dealing with such threats.  Perhaps it is time to rethink how cops are the only ones to go after drug gangs?

Finally, interesting that all of this about Mexico is finally coming out in the mainstream and here today is the 163rd anniversary of the siege of the Alamo.  Imagine that.

The United States Constitution, when was the last time you actually read it?  Try it, you'll like it.
