Why do you not have closed captioning anymore?
I miss it so much. Or is it me that is not getting it? I am getting it on other channels!
When lightning struck our building during last week's storm it knocked out several electronic components. One was the server that provides this forum. Another was the equipment that encodes closed captioning. I apologize for the inconvenience. We know many people rely on it and we're trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible.
Also, why can't Gov. Bredesen get money for Tenncare from the lottery too? We really need it!!!!

The law that created the lottery is very specific about how the revenue from it can be spent. It says the money must go to college scholarships and other educational needs, such as Pre-K. In order for the money to be used for something like TennCare, the legislators would have to pass a new bill and the governor would have to sign it. That's something you might want to talk to your legislators about.
