Whittle Springs Middle School Principal and Nepotism?

Why is the Whittle Springs Middle School Principal able to terminate teacher contracts, but turn around and offer a math position to a temporary Math Coach when the job hasn't even been posted? Why is this principal able to make remarks to one of these terminated teachers that she would not give them a recommendation letter if they went to another Urban School in Knox County?  What is the Knox County School District doing to investigate this principals nepotism?  Is she bringing in her own group or friends? Can a principal advise a teacher that they aren't qualified to work at an Urban School?

Maybe the teachers that were terminated are crap at their job?  In which case, of course, the Principal can terminate their contract and refuse a reference.  Is the "temporary Math Coach" a personal friend or relative?
