There were comments posted blaming ex-wife for basically not continuing to follow up  on him all his life, this ex-wife was obviously very frightened of him and wanted to be away from him so i don't believe there is a place here to put blame. The teacher was obviously very mentally disturbed and should have been picked up on by the school system prior to hiring him, if the ex-wife had wanted as it was put"15 minutes of fame" why would she keep her identity anonymous.
This was just a very mentally ill person in our society that was put in a position where he had the opportunity to kill, there is nobody to blame except the person that commited the crime, family or former employers should not feel guilty for this act of horrific violence

Yes, only the perp deserves blame because the perp was the sole party committing the actual crime.  The inability of society to not discern that it is always the perp's fault is why we hear this nonsense all the way to the level of how the USA is to blame for 9/11.  When a crime is committed there is only one party to blame.  Now it may be that there are extinuating circumstances but that is for the Court to decide.

Two people went to work, as they had done everyday for however long they have been working, only to end the work day in the hospital and a victim of an attempted homicide.  It is irrelevant whether the perp is psycho, that his life was allegedly messed up, that the Anderson county Sheriff's Office should or should not have done this or that, or that the Knox County Schools should not have hired this teacher.  Nope, all that is relevant is that a perp took a firearm onto a school campus and then used it against two victims with intent to either harm and/or kill them.  No one and I repeat no one should lose sight of that truth as the rest of the story may be good for talk shows but is completely irrelevant to the incident at hand.  There is only one party that shoulders the blame for this crime and that is the perp, as it is in every crime.  Losing sight of that absolute truth allows for the total bulls*** of letting the perp off because the blame is not on him.

The United States Constitution, when was the last time you actually read it?  Try it, you'll like it.
