What do they need a garage for?

Driven down 66 lately?  I thought everybody parked in those lanes in front of Lowe's.

My guess is that a road widening activity will follow very quickly. Since this would displace the road edge parking - they would need the parking garage first so everyone would still be able to park downtown. Just a wild guess.

I was referring to the fact that traffic moved so slowly on 66.

You can sit on hwy 66 in front of Lowe's for an hour or more some days.
