All I can say is "WOW!" on this one.  Having grown up in Knoxville, I know how dangerous certain intersections are like Cedar Bluff & N. Peters.

I wish the fines there were stiffer like they are here in California.

Here a camera violation is at minimum $300 and goes up from there depending on it was.  Speeding tickets are at minimum $400+ with respect to how much above the speed limit goes.  On average, speeding will cost a driver about $600.  (So to any of you whom come out to CA, especially Los Angeles, heed the "Photo Enforced" signs as they're strict on those here and you WILL get a ticket in the mail).

Questions to ask:

Those same disinfobabes laughed as they reported on martial law in Knox County, with forced evacuation at gunpoint of 40,000 residents for a "US Army chlorine nerve gas leak train derailment", led by 6-time convicted perjurer and fired sheriff Teflon Tim Hutchinson, with photos of RISING SMOKE FROM HOPPER CARS NOT THE TANKER CARS (WARGAME PSYOP WITH SMOKE BOMBS).

Quote

first off it wasn't chlorine, it was fuming sulfuric acid and you are TRULY delusional if you think those are smoke bombs in that pic.

Secondly,  The GUY DISCHARGED A WEAPON IN THE CITY LIMITS!!  Sure he hit his target three times, but there were four shots fired according to reports.   What if that fourth bullet had struck a child?  What if it had been your child?  I doubt very seriously you'd be coming to this man's defense.

Since when does the US Army carry "fuming sulfuric acid" in open hopper cars? HA. The female reporter was literally laughing on TV during the forced evacuation, and she wasn't wearing a gas mask of chem suit. Only a moron believes the pathological liars in Gangsta govt and the Media Mafia.  As I said, Teflon Tim is a 6-time convicted perjurer, now fired for years of election fraud, paid an $80,000/year pension thanks to election fraud by foreign military contractors who "count" all votes in Knox County. Foreign Danaher Systems Corp loses 20,000 registered votes each "election" in Knox County. Other news headlines reported Teflon Tim rented an airport from a convicted drug dealer, stole cars from West Town Mall with convicted copkilling towtrucker chopshopper Roy Lee Clark, built 400 houses with his convicted felon business partner without a license, and NEVER showed up for work.

Oleum (liquid shipped in tanker cars)
Nordhausen Acid is named for the German deathcamp where 25,000 slaves were genocided underground by NASA Nazis
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuming_sulfuric_acid
https://fscimage.fishersci.com/msds/17310.htm

Note that "fuming sulfuric acid vapors may be heavier than air. They can spread along the ground and collect in low or confined areas." They can explode on contact with water. This is NOT what was seen in the photos allegedly from the Army train derailment in Knox County. Unless the fire dept sprayed water on it, causing it to explode, due to stupidity, or on purpose. But why is "smoke" rising from hopper cars, without fire? That's exactly what a smoke bomb grenade looks like, as routinely used by govt to simulate wargames. Maybe its hydrogen gas from a reaction to sulfuric acid on metal hopper cars, but that's not what was reported on TeeVee.

Look what happened during the official govt bombings of the levees after hurricane Katrina, with FEMA stealing police radio antennas, and blocking Red Cross and other rescuers, with police shooting any slaves who tried to escape the Big Sleazy. The California arsons this year burned 1,000s of homes (ethnic cleansing), with FEMA holding fake "press conferences" with no press allowed, and FEMA employees pretending to be news reporters. Michael Chertoff, director of Fatherland Security and Wide Open Borders (FEMA), is a citizen of Israel, born in Communist Czechoslovakia, whose mommy was a terrorist founder of Mossad, whose name is translated from Russian as "son of the devil".

Another example of media lies is the annual "flu shot" scam, for stupid sheeple suckers with a death wish, but sold by the media every year as "mandatory" for kids. No mention is ever made of the govt "exemption" forms to avoid all vaccinations.
http://www.unhinderedliving.com/statevaccexemp.html

It is not a crime to shoot a gun in city limits. "Necessity" is always a valid legal defense. You are allowed to shoot burglers dead, without bothering with a citizens arrest.

Any jury is allowed to lawfully nullify any law in any case. All it takes is one person on a jury for Mr Clark to win. Or his lawyer could get the case dismissed due to an unconstitutional search of his vehicle.

Robocop camera tickets are for stupid sheeple who cannot read. Same goes for parking tickets. Either ignore the ticket, or join the class action for a refund.

Quote
"It is extremely easy to beat this type of ticket in court. Your easiest defense is to simply throw the ticket away. If it does not come with a return receipt that requires a signature, there is no proof that you actually got the ticket and they cannot prosecute you on that. What the legal system wants you to do is just send in the fine and not ask any questions. This can be a big money maker for some communities. One other form of defense to utilize on your behalf is the fact that when you are accused in court you must be faced by your accuser. Obviously the computer cannot appear in court as a defense method for the prosecution. Also, you do not have to identify yourself as the driver of the vehicle because it would violate your sixth amendment rights against self incrimination."

Knoxville Code, Section 8-1. Issuance of process.
The city judge shall issue process on the complaint. He shall try no case until process has been regularly sued out, served and returned.

Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure.
Rule 4, Service of Process.
(10) Service by mail of a summons and complaint upon a defendant may be made by the plaintiff, the plaintiff's attorney or by any person authorized by statute. Such person shall send, postage prepaid, a certified copy of the summons and a copy of the complaint by registered return receipt or certified return receipt mail to the defendant. Service by mail shall not be the basis for the entry of a judgment by default unless the record contains a return receipt showing personal acceptance by the defendant or by persons designated by Rule 4.04 or statute.

Those who voted in city council for Redflex robocops from Australia to replace KPD and city court can be arrested for treason. BTW, Australia is not located in Arizona. Those who have business with Redflex are also guilty of treason. Those who volunteer to pay for tickets are participating in treason, according to George Korda on WNOX.

Quote
"Redflex Group is based in South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Redflex Holdings Limited was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in January 1997. Redflex Traffic Systems Inc has contracts with more then 130 USA cities, and is the largest provider of digital red light and speed enforcement services in North America."

18 US Code § 2381. Treason.
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

"'Enterprise' means any individual, corporation, or other legal entity, and it includes illicit as well as licit enterprises, AND GOVERNMENTAL, as well as other, entities."
—Tennessee Code 39-12-203, Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations RICO Act

"COMES now Plaintiff to hereby sue the above parties as a result of the unlawfully deprives or hinders her access to the courts, a civil right, on August 8, 2006, when she was sent a City of Knoxville, Tennessee, Red Light Photo Enforcement Program Notice of Violation/Citation, although innocent. That in committing the acts alleged herein, Defendants, acting in concert, committed the act of civil conspiracy, under state law and 42 U.S.C. § 1985, by agreeing to act together to harm the Plaintiff, and other members of the public, each acting for the purpose of promoting or facilitating the commission of harm against Plaintiff, agreeing that one or more will engage in these acts. Plaintiff seeks an award of $1,000,000.00 in compensatory damages. That punitive damages are appropriate in an amount to be calculated."
—David Hamiliton, attorney at law, class action lawsuit to refund millions of dollars in robocop traffic tickets, JUDY WILLIAMS vs REDFLEX, CITY OF KNOXVILLE,, BILL HASLAM, CITY COUNCIL; Case No.: 3:06cv400; UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, October 16, 2006

"Complete freedom of the highways is so old and well established a blessing that we have forgotten the days of the Robber Barons and toll roads, and yet, under an act like this, arbitrarily administered, the highways may be completely monopolized, if, through lack of interest, the people submit, then they may look to see the most sacred of their liberties taken from them one by one, by more or less rapid encroachment."

Wait wait... I don't know that many laws and things.  Someone with some knowledge help me out here.  if you throw away a ticket you find on your windshield or you throw away a red light camera ticket you get in the mail what happens to you?  I am being serious when I say that I don't know the laws that closely.  Thankfull one of the reasons is because I prettu much stay out of trouble and have only had a couple of tickets.

If you discard the ticket do they send you another one? Do they call you?  Do they send it certified mail?  Does an officer deliver it to you next time?  Can they charge interest?  Can they arrest you for non payment?

I personally think they would make an attempt to get you to pay it.The very fact that it doesn't go on your driving record is in itself an attempt to get you to just pay it.No court costs,no hassel. Most people will just pay it no questions asked just because some camera said they ran a redlight.I personally would take it to court, that is if I had some question about the validity of the ticket. If I had no questions about whether I ran the light,I would just go ahead and pay it.I don't have any problem paying for anything I am actually guilty of, no matter how I was caught. My record is clean.I am in my sixties and I don't have so much as a parking ticket.Knock on wood.....

TLC1st right I guess, I have never thrown a ticket away.
Sometimes it pays to go to court like my son.  He paid court cost and a $30 fine for doing 70+ on the interstate
and it did not go on his record as someone told me on this forum.  So his fine was $115. and if he had paid it out right it was over $200.
But I as pretty sure that they would come looking for you on unpaid tickets, I wonder if it takes more than one to have a warrant issued?

Video: 1,001 Robocop Traffic Scameras Shot, Firebombed and Thermited

WATE: Accused red light camera shooter speaks out

CliffSpeaks.com - "Hi everyone. I am the man accused of shooting a red light camera. Prior to this incident, I had no opinion regarding red light cameras. I never considered myself a libertarian. I considered myself politically conservative. However, since I have been embroiled in controversy, I am force to pause and reflect. As a degreed engineer with expertise in human factors, and as a degreed psychologist, I have become intrigued with the red light camera issue."

Answer: NO NO NO NO NO NO. They are lazy, greedy and depend on stupid sheeple to drink their fluoride (active ingredient in Prozac and rat poison that lowers IQ 20 points), believe the brainwash lies, and be too lazy to read The Law.

As I said before, it is the felony of treason to be employed in any capacity with Redflex or those contracts, to replace US police depts, replace US courts, and replace US govts with a foreign military contractor from Australia that keeps 90% to 100% of all that money, eventually turning all US streets and highways into foreign-owned toll roads. As George Korda on WNOX said, thus it is treason for any person to pay such a bogus ticket.

The federal class action lawsuit against Redflex and City of Knoxville Municipal Corp lists 400 seperate crimes perped by these crooks, including conspiracy.
