Have any of you seen this? This guy is such a moron. What exactly was that supposed to prove? Did he think that 'he was going to SHOW THEM?" Only thing he showed in my view was a severe lack of judgment.  Any thoughts?

It seems to be a condition around this time of the year - stupidity. Like the man who robbed the bank with his toddler on his hip, like people who "lose it" and kill family members because of "holiday stress"...  I try not to judge or condemn people, but you call it like it is. You can educate the ignorant, but there is no cure for the stupid.

What a way to protest....firing off a weapon in public just because you dont want to obey traffic laws. This idiot is lucky one of those rounds didnt ricochet off and hit someone. Just because he didnt like the cameras.....oh thats rich. So if I didnt like this guy would he be okay with me pumping three or four rounds into HIM? Angry

Considering he could easily have missed the camera and hit someone, it's a shame he is being charged with vandalism and not reckless endangerment.  Imagine how you would feel if you were in a car passing through that intersection while he was shooting.

Even by hitting the camera, the bullet could have ricocheted off and hit someone else. In fact, it is more likely to occur in this case than if he missed the camera altogether.

Police provocateur shoots Robocop spy scamera?

In Europe, where guns are banned, they give the robocops flaming necklaces of old tires filled with gasoline.

Questions to ask:

Is this guy a police provocateur, like mayor/chief Randy Tyree bragged in Metro Pulse, infiltrating UT "antiwar terror groups"? They sure caught him quickly, when so many violent crimes go unsolved and uninvestigated in Knoxville. KNS, WATE and WBIR all spun this story as "Mean old patriot picks on poor little Redflex."

Those same disinfobabes laughed as they reported on martial law in Knox County, with forced evacuation at gunpoint of 40,000 residents for a "US Army chlorine nerve gas leak train derailment", led by 6-time convicted perjurer and fired sheriff Teflon Tim Hutchinson, with photos of RISING SMOKE FROM HOPPER CARS NOT THE TANKER CARS (WARGAME PSYOP WITH SMOKE BOMBS).

Here's my speaches against Redflex to city council, "judge" John Rosson admitting crashes INCREASED in Knoxville thanks to Redflex, so WNOX/Redflex threatened to sue me for $150,000 for reporting the truth about Redflex:
In Europe, where guns are banned, they give the robocops flaming necklaces of old tires filled with gasoline.

KNS was paid a $20-million bribe by City of Knoxville Municipal Corporation to STFU about these FACTS (free new KNS HQ and free cleanup of KNS toxic waste dump on State St), and WATE's Gene Patterson got paid how much as "deputy mayor" for Victor "I Run CIA Torture Death Camps" Ashe:

1. REDFLEX IS AN AUSTRALIAN CORPORATION AND AUSTRALIA IS NOT IN ARIZONA.

2. REDFLEX AND CITY OF KNOXVILLE CORP ARE SUED IN A CLASS ACTION FILED IN KNOXVILLE FED COURT, TO REFUND ALL TICKETS AND PAY FOR THE INCREASE IN CRASHES. FILED BY LAWYER DAVID HAMILTON.

3. ALL LAWYERS KNOW THAT THE BEST LEGAL DEFENSE TO PHOTO TICKETS AND PARKING TICKETS IS TO IGNORE THEM AND THROW THEM AWAY, BECAUSE THEY LACK MANDATORY PERSONAL SERVICE OF PROCESS AS REQUIRED IN ALL CIVIL LAWSUITS, PER TN CODE, TN RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND KNOXVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES.

4. ALL US CITIZENS HAVE A CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED RIGHT TO TRAVEL WITHOUT AN INTERNAL PASSPORT DRIVER LICENSE CONTRACT EXTORTED AT GUNPOINT BY POLICE STATE DEATH SQUADS. DURESS VOIDS ALL CONTRACTS. WITHOUT THAT CIVIL CONTRACT, NO COURT HAS JURISDICTION OVER TRAFFIC TICKETS. THP SOLD FAKE I.D. "DRIVER CERTIFICATES TO 300,000 ILLEGAL ALIENS SINCE 9/11/2001, SINCE ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE DRIVER LICENSES NOT IDENTIFICATION.

5. 6TH PLANK OF COMMUNIST MANIFESTO IS "GOVT CONTROL OF COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION." (FOX NEWS IS OWNED BY A CITIZEN OF COMMIE CHINA DENG WEN DI AKA WENDI DENG AKA MRS SIR RUPERT MURDOCH AUSTRALIAN KNIGHT OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE.) LICENSES TO TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC TICKETS ARE UNAMERICAN! ROBOCOPS TURN US HIGHWAYS INTO TOLL ROADS OWNED BY FOREIGN CORPORATIONS!

If this individual were truly upset with Redflex Corp, why didn't he join the current federal class action lawsuit, to set a legal precedent to kill Redflex and refund all Redflex tickets? Or file his own lawsuit? Or fight a legal battle in state courts, by appealing a Redflex ticket to Knox County Circuit Court, and set a legal precedent to kill Redflex? If he was upset about a redflex ticket, why didn't he just ignore it, as required by Tennessee Rules of Court? Why would he waste perfectly good bullets?

And why did he voluntarily consent to a search of his van? All he had to do is say NO, and he would not have been arrested. Or if arrested, the gun could not be used as evidence, and thus no way to convict him. By instantly confessing, he loses his rifle, probably loses his van, and has to pay $10,000s in legal bills.

What is the background of this sniper? Where was he born? Where does he work? Does he have family, and who are they? What's his employment history, military special ops, or police intelligence? Is he a "confidential informant" salaried by a police agency, local, state or federal?

Is this guy a police provocateur, like the anarchists at WTO in Seattle?

That same police chief is now a US congressman, on CSPAN this month running a comittee to kill the First Amendment to the US Constitution and arrest all Americans as "domestic terrorists", based on the Adam Gadahn Perlman, "a good Jewish kid from California" who joined AllCIAduh and is now USAma Bin Laden's official spokesman, whose parents and grandparents are directors of the Jewish Anti Defamation League for Jewish homegrown terrorists.

This alleged sniper attack occurred when the US Supreme Court is scheduled to decide whether to scrap the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution, and ban the ownership of firearms in USA, as already banned in Britian, Australia and Canada.

first off it wasn't chlorine, it was fuming sulfuric acid and you are TRULY delusional if you think those are smoke bombs in that pic.

Secondly,  The GUY DISCHARGED A WEAPON IN THE CITY LIMITS!!  Sure he hit his target three times, but there were four shots fired according to reports.   What if that fourth bullet had struck a child?  What if it had been your child?  I doubt very seriously you'd be coming to this man's defense.

What if he had used a paint ball gun only to smear up the camera's window?  Would it still be a felony crime?  He was not using a weapon to carry out his task.

Besides, the paintball would not have gone into the neighboring subdivision.  As for hitting someone, this occured at 2 am Sunday morning.  Hardly anyone out at that time.

I think what this guy did was stupid, no doubt about that. Granted, he could have done his vandalism in a different way ( and I do not condone in any way vandalism of any kind ). But as Coach suggested he could have used a paint ball gun to get his message across.

But, the real question is WHY he did it?

Didn't he basically do what probably a hundred or more people (innocent or guilty) that were caught by the Red light camera only wish they could do.

I'm not making excuses for the guy, but imho, it appears that this guy just lost it and went completely overboard in retaliation and revenge.

But, I believe that when the human element ( cops actually making traffic stops and writing tickets ) is replaced with so-called "Infallible" machines issuing tickets that this kind of "retaliation" will continue. I'm just surprised that it took this long for someone to "lose it" and do something stupid like this!

Just my opinion.

I think running red lights is a serious matter, but I think those cameras should be removed and the people responsable for them being there in the first place should be sued, and then fired. There are thousands of cameras out there and the people using them are abusing peoples rights,if you don't believe me just go to any construction sites or any parking lot that use security cameras and watch ,just watch and see where the people controlling the cameras focus them,I'll tell you through peoples windows, watch where they focus the camera when women wearing dresses drive into the parking lot.We have way too many cameras watching what everyone is doing, and a lot of these cameras are very high res cameras. They see it all.....

I didn't mean to go there personally,I meant online. That way they don't know you are watching them...You can nudge the camera and that scares the s+++ out of them because they know they've been caught but they don't know who is watching them.....

They need to put in more do-nut shops (its a joke)
If people would slow down (like my son) then we wouldn't need the red cameras at red lights.  There are just to many main streets for the police to watch.

How many of you all know that when a traffic light is out that you treat the intersection as a four way stop?
Then please tell other drivers Sad
